Delivery Policy

1. Overview

FREE-EXPERT LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering all contracted digital services within the agreed-upon timeframes. This Delivery Policy outlines the standard timelines, conditions, and responsibilities associated with the delivery of our services.

All delivery timelines are defined in the project quotation issued to the Client prior to project commencement. The timelines set forth in this policy represent standard estimates and may vary based on project complexity, scope, and client responsiveness.

2. Standard Delivery Timelines

The following timelines represent standard estimates for each service category. Actual delivery dates are confirmed in the project quotation and may be adjusted based on project scope and complexity.

3. Project Timeline Commencement

The project delivery timeline officially commences upon the following conditions being met:

• Receipt and clearance of the 50% upfront deposit payment via Stripe invoice;
• Submission of all required project assets, content, and materials by the Client;
• Written confirmation of the project scope and quotation by both parties;
• Completion of the project onboarding process and initial briefing session.

4. Delays and Extensions

FREE-EXPERT LLC shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Delayed or incomplete submission of required assets, content, or approvals by the Client;
• Significant changes to the project scope requested after project commencement;
• Delayed feedback or revision approvals beyond 48 business hours;
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical infrastructure failures;
• Third-party service outages or delays (e.g., hosting providers, API services).

In the event of a delay attributable to FREE-EXPERT LLC, we will notify the Client promptly and provide a revised delivery schedule. We are committed to transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Final Delivery and Handover

Final project delivery is contingent upon receipt of the remaining 50% balance payment. Upon receipt of full payment, FREE-EXPERT LLC will provide:

• All final deliverable files in agreed-upon formats;
• Source code and project files (where applicable);
• Deployment assistance or live handover (where applicable);
• Documentation and usage instructions (where applicable);
• A 14-day post-delivery support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

6. Delivery Method

All digital deliverables are provided electronically via secure file transfer, shared cloud storage, or direct deployment to the Client's designated hosting environment. Physical delivery is not applicable to our services.

The Client will be notified via email at the address provided during project onboarding when deliverables are ready for review and final acceptance.

7. Client Acceptance

Upon delivery, the Client has five (5) business days to review the deliverables and provide written acceptance or request revisions within the agreed scope. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute deemed acceptance of the delivered work.

Revision requests that fall outside the original project scope will be subject to additional quotation and fees.

8. Governing Law

This Delivery Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
