Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial deposit payment, provided no project milestone has been completed. This policy is designed to protect both parties and ensure fair business practices.

1. Overview

FREE-EXPERT LLC is committed to client satisfaction. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established this Refund Policy to provide clear and fair guidelines for refund requests. This policy applies to all services provided by FREE-EXPERT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund of the deposit payment may be issued under the following conditions:

Within 14-Day Window

The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial deposit payment date.

Before Milestone Completion

No project milestone or deliverable has been completed and delivered to the Client at the time of the refund request.

Written Request Submitted

The Client submits a written refund request via email to contact@free-expert-llc.com with the project reference and reason for cancellation.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is submitted after 14 calendar days from the deposit payment date
  • A project milestone or deliverable has been completed and delivered
  • The Client has approved and accepted final project delivery
  • The project was cancelled due to the Client's failure to provide required materials or feedback
  • The final 50% completion payment (no refunds on final payments)

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has commenced but no milestone has been formally completed, FREE-EXPERT LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the cancellation request. The amount of any partial refund will be determined by FREE-EXPERT LLC and communicated to the Client in writing.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. 1Email contact@free-expert-llc.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Project Name]"
  2. 2Include your full name, project reference number, payment date, and reason for cancellation
  3. 3FREE-EXPERT LLC will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. 4Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please contact us at contact@free-expert-llc.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
